Life has conquered death! Alleluia!
The Lord be with you and your ohana!
We celebrate the Lord’s Resurrection this Tuesday of Easter Week! Let us rejoice and be glad!
As we continue to adapt to the challenges of our times, may we never forget that the Lord lives!
We place our faith, hope and love in the great power of God to bring life from death.
We pray for all your intentions, those spoken and those deep in our hearts!
That through the power of God to raise Jesus from the dead, our prayers are heard and it is this hope that strengthens us in times of challenge.
In our readings today, we hear of this hope and the deliverance that God brings, through the death and resurrection of his Son, Jesus the Christ. We weep with Mary, rejoicing, that “I have seen the Lord!”
Scripture:
“The eyes of the Lord are upon those who hope for his kindness, To deliver them from death and preserve them in spite of famine. The Lord is our help and our shield. May your kindness, O Lord, be upon us who have put our hope in you.” (Psalm 33)
“Woman, why are you weeping? I have seen the Lord.” (John 20)
