Sunday 6th week of Easter Mass at Kaluaaha, Molokai with Fr. Brian Guerrini, ss.cc.

Today’s mass was recorded at Our Lady of Seven Sorrows church.

May the grace and peace of the Lord Jesus Christ be with you and your ohana on this 6th Sunday of Easter!

We hear Jesus speaking of the Holy Spirit that God the Father is sending into the world when Jesus returns to Heaven to be with His Father.

That, when we cry out to God, the Holy Spirit is there for us, giving us hope, and goodness, life and truth. And, that Spirit will always be there for us, that we are not orphans.

We pray for the Holy Spirit to renew our hope, faith and love when we need them! Amen! Alleluia!

Scriptures:

“… that they might receive the Holy Spirit. Then they laid hands on them and they received the Holy Spirit.” (Acts of the Apostles 8)

“Let all the earth cry out to God.” (Psalm 66)

“Sanctify Christ as Lord in your hearts. Always be ready to give an explanation to anyone who asks you for a reason for your hope. It is better to suffer for doing good than for doing evil. That Christ might lead you to God so you might be brought to life in the Spirit.” (1 Peter 3)

“I will give you another Advocate to be with you always, the Spirit of truth. He will be in you. I will not leave you orphans; I will come to you.” (John 14)
