Aloha nui to all on this the Memorial of St. Ephrem, Deacon and Doctor of the Church!
Light is something we can’t do without! We need it for the life of plants, animals and humans!
Light is not just from the sun. It is also from others. We need models and examples of this light in our world and in our lives to show us how to be a follower of Christ. And, we all have people we look up to. People who exemplify this light by the way they live their lives, even if it is not every day.
There are moments of darkness and light. Let us live in the light and be shown the Christian way by the light of those who model this light for us! May we be models of light to others by the way we live! Amen!
May the peace and love of the Lord Jesus Christ be upon you. + In the Name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. Amen!
