A Reflection from Fr. Brian:

As we ease back into Ordinary Time in our Church year, it is with a different frame of mind and a different MO (method of operation)! We are more dependent on others now. It is a realization that we are all in this world as one body, not as separate bodies. What effects one part of the body affects every other part of the body. When a butterfly flaps its wings on one side of the world, the whoosh can be felt on the other side of the globe!

We are coming into a new realization of love, hope and faith that will make us stronger in our ways of survival and help bring about a greater experience of God’s grace. This is the hope! This is the faith! This is the love, for which Christ died for us!
May we embrace the Body of Christ as it embraces us! Amen!

Blessings, pono and pule!
