Molokai History:

On Friday evening, Nov. 13th, a dinner was held for our C.C.D. members to honor Mrs. Daphne Foster who for 25 years has been a lay-teacher of religion or commonly known Catechism-teacher. She started teaching catechism in October 1939 under the late Fr. John Mary Systermans and has been teaching ever since and still does for the children of the Kilohana Public School on Molokai.*
A plaque was presented to Mrs. Foster as a token of appreciation for her 25 years of devotion.
